It is becoming increasingly hard to get a visa entry in to Ireland in the aftermath of September 11th. The following rules now apply to any and all groups wishing to attend the Irish Open and in need of a Visa entry clearance. They must be followed in strict order or we will NOT deal or assist application in any way. (1)
The federation and Instructor must get a letter of Affiliation to the Sports
Council of the respective (3) The Federation and instructor must pre pay €50 Euros deposit per person for their entry in to the tournament BEFORE we assist application from the Visa Department and Embassy (4)
The Federation or Instructor must Forward an International Bankers draft in
Euros to. (5)
Details from a registered travel Agency regarding Arrival Date and Departure
date, confirming (6) payment of Accommodation reservation (In Advance) by bankers Draft, Details of Tariffs above (7) Letter of recommendation from a World Federation The following information must be enclosed in the registered envelope and received on or before 10th December 2004. Any time beyond this date and we will NOT be in a position to assist you. Please do not contact us two months before the event looking for assistance to secure Visas, it will not happen.
Failure to comply to any and all of the above criteria will mean we will NOT be in a position to help VISA entry. The
above stipulations are of course wavered to those Federations/Instructors who
have attended the Irish Open in the past.
